Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the durability and performance of every bench, rack, dumbbell, and machine we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not align with your specific training vision. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may initiate a return or exchange request within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following criteria:
- In its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included.
- No signs of wear, damage, or modification.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items (FINAL SALE)
IMPORTANT: Due to hygiene, safety, and customization standards inherent in the fitness industry, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:
- Dumbbell Packages & Adjustable Dumbbells (once opened or seal is broken)
- Bodyweight Training equipment with grips that have been installed or show any use
- Cable Machine Attachments that show any signs of use
- Accessories with opened packages
- Custom or specially ordered items for facility outfitters
- Any product missing its serial number or security tags
This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our equipment for all customers.
3. Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return/exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Return: Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable and insured shipping service. We recommend insuring for the full item value.
- Inspection & Processing: Our team will inspect the returned item within 3-5 business days of receipt. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all associated return costs.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply for eligible returns in original condition.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the new item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus additional shipping.
- If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference after processing.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item will be charged at current rates.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not assemble or use the product.
- Take clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the subject “Damaged Item: [Order Number]” and attach the photos.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement, part shipment, or return at our expense.
