At Strength Warehouse, we engineer our commercial-grade fitness equipment for durability and performance. We stand behind every bench, rack, dumbbell, and machine we sell. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your specific training needs. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same transparency and reliability you expect from our equipment—clear, straightforward, and built on integrity.
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
You may initiate a return or exchange request within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition.
- All original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or modification.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items IMPORTANT
Due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following product categories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival:
- Dumbbell Packages & Adjustable Dumbbells (opened/sealed units)
- Bodyweight Training equipment with installed or used grips
- Cable Machine Attachments that show any signs of use
- Accessories (opened packages)
- Custom or specially ordered items for facility outfitters
- Any product missing its serial number or security tags
3. Return & Exchange Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Our Team: Email [email protected] with your return/exchange request within the 15-day window. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Pack Securely: Repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Ship the Return: Ship the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package for its full value.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all return costs.
- Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fees apply for eligible returns in original condition.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your PayPal account.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired exchange item is of higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference plus any additional shipping.
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference after the exchange is processed.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item will be charged at current rates.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your equipment arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not assemble or use the product.
- Take clear photos of the damage/defect and the packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with the subject “Damaged Item: [Order Number]” and attach the photos.
- We will promptly arrange for a replacement, part shipment, or return at our expense.
